I recently ran into this problem. I will be playing a song on deck A and while its playing go to load deck B and deck A will then stop playing once deck B is loaded. I've never really had this problem before any suggestions??

This happens because both Master and Prelisten Channels come out from the same output, meaning that your Sound Setup is not correct.
