Ok, Virtual just crashed during a BPM of my video folder.
On restart all my monitored folder are gone and search has nothing, yet the virtul database file is intact on my C: drive documents folder where there is only a Virtual Dj folder containing the database file.
Even when I restore all the monitored folders, all my BPMs are missing. Why?
What can I do to restore. I do have a backup copy of my database.

Have you reboot your system yet?
At very few occasions it could happen that there will be a "zombie" process of vdj after a crash (or the DB, I don't remember in detail, had it once).
But after a reboot everything was fine again.

Have you tried using this http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/15874/VirtualDJ_RESET_%28Reg_Cleaner%29.html. Also do a Check, Clean, Fix see if that helps any.
