Recently my karaoke screen displays the words at the top or bottom of the screen almost completely off screen, my singers cannot read the words. Does anyone know how to fix this? The middle of the screen shows the words as they scroll but the top and bottom words/sentances are literally 1/2 off the screen. Win7 VDPro 7.4

Try changing the options Keep ratio (crop) and Keep ratio (full) in CONFIG -> Video
Also, if you are using a video converter (VGA to composite/S-video), check its overscan setting if it has one. This can be used to zoom in/out on the image to fill the TV screen without a black border around the edges. Also, make sure that the resolution of your secondary display is set optimum for the converter. Most will require either 1024x768 or 800x600.

It could be aspect.zoom setting on the TV itself. Most TV's and projectors have different aspect settings such as zoom, stretch, smart, etc., so it could be one of these has been chosen by accident, ot if set to auto, the TV may have automatically zoomed in on the picture (E.g: If you were playing a music video with black bars at the top/bottom prior to the karaoke song.)
