If you want effects "of higher quality" you can use VST plugins (pro studio DAW quality).
Serato s/w can't do that. Traktor can't do that either. You're stuck with whatever they provide.

I have tried using vst effects from fl studio with no good results either not loading or very unstable any vst effects you recommend?
