Just want too make sure. Do I need to login each time to Virtual DJ 8 in order to use the Pioneer controller? If so, occasionally I work at venues that staff does not know password/or Internet is not working.

Login once. If you don' use a second computer or use the logout button in config/licenses the computer is activeated.
If you use 2 machines ensure before you go to a gig that you can start the software.
It only will deactivate if there is internet and you used the other computer meanwhile. If that happens just relogin to reactivate.
