The volume sliders are not lined up correctly, when i move the first volume slider it doesnt correspond to the same slider on the program. Also the pitch lock doesnt seem to be working. When i adjust the pitch higher the singer sounds like a chipmunk... PLZ HELP!

assuming that you are using version 7, you will need to use a 4 deck skin with mixer order 3124. Here is the default one with this order.. http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/13260/VirtualDJ_7_(Deck_Order__3-1-2-4).html
As for the Keylock function, make sure the Master Tempo engine is not disabled in config->Performances tab(choose Fast or Advanced)
