Hi
I can't seem to get a HD widescreen image from my web cam through VDJ.
This is through VDJ (notice the dullness and not in widescreen) :-

And this is through the official MS software :-

Any ideas why the VDJ image is so poor? This happens on both my Logitech and Microsoft webcams and they are both HD widescreen.

Anyone care to respond to one of your paying customers?

Have you tried to adjust any of the configurations in the camera plugin?

Of course, but there's nothing useful in the settings at all.

Even if I could put the X and Y coordinates below 0 (which I can't) or increase the size over 100% (which I can't), I would still only be stretching a 4:3 image so it would still not be the correct resolution.
Surely I'm not the only one experiencing this?

I have the same problem. Notice if you record a videosession, the image gets smaller. I think the resolution aswell. I use recordings to put an enhanced sound to crappy sounding videoclips. After recording, my image becomes 4:3. This should be changed. About camera, I can't chose which cam I want to use. This was possible in VDJ7.
