The problem with the controller Omnitronic MMC-1, I've tried everything already in various ways but it still does not work with VDJ

Even though it seems identical to the American Audio DP2, the specific controller is not natively supported.. http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VirtualDJ%20Controllers.html
You will be able to use it as Simple MIDI or with a proper custom definition and a Pro Infinity license.

What you can do is flash the Omnitronic mmc1 with the firmware from the SynQ pcm1,
the SynQ pcm1 is 100% supported (native) in VDJ.
I flashed my Omnitronic mmc1 with the SynQ pcm1 firmware more then two years ago and it still works
like a charm if it was a SynQ pcm1 right out of the box :-)
The SynQ firmware can be found here : http://en.synq-audio.com/product/340/PCM.1
(please read the instructions before! flashing your Omnitronic mmc1)

any more hints how to apply the new pcm firmware would be greatly appreciated. Translating the dutch thread does not help me much here. How can i get the files changed. Any programs further needed or just exchange the files, if visible? I see it can cause damage - a copy of the old firmware is suggested. how can that be done? thanks in advance! greetz
