Everytime I load a song to a deck on 4 player skin the gain never stays at 12aclock. Everytime I load a song the gains change to every song. How do you set it so the gain stays in one place

If you don't want to let VDJ manage your Gains go to settings - options and set autoGain to NO

Actually the BEST practice is to set Auto-Gain to "Auto" and enable the "GainSliderIncludesAutoGain" option.
This way when a track loads the initial "gain" will be always correct, and always at 12 o clock :)

No, as you combine the best of both worlds. You have autogain active so that it balances your tracks, and you always know that 12 o clock is the place where you need to move your knob in order to catch the gain and adjust it manually if you want. ;)
