How much time do you wait for closing ?
I have sometimes very long closing time (2min+) no matter the cpu is, especially after a 4-5hours+ session, but it always finally closes.

I waiting about 90 min and nothing. ( Unfortunately it is not always)

do you mean that you click on the close button top right corner and nothing happens, then when you get bored of waiting you click anywhere else on the screen and gat the blue spinng wheel of death, then click again to get so a white screen with a windows message about closing or waiting type thing?
if so, then I get that very often.

In Task Manager - details-parse the string waiting- I see 3 branches with indication PID XXX
(when i closed 1of 3 branches VDJ will close)
