managed to get signal on the other turntable i have.

Not sure if they have recently changed anything regarding the noisemap of their vinyls.. Do you have any other kind to try ?
BTW, your images may not be uploaded if their size is too big. If i recall correctly, they need to be less than 2MB or else they get rejected.

seems like they might be too big then :S
i will wait until they get vdj vinyls back in stock.
