hey guys my computer has the recommended requirements but after installing the software the program wont start/open. I have uninstalled and re-installed the program and still have the same problem.
please help...

When you say does not start up do you mean it just doesn't appear?
In Windows device manager, please tell me what you have under Display Adapters. You can find out how to open Device Manager on different OS's if you're unsure here:

Please update your video card driver. If you have installed the windows drivers for your video card, try the one directly from the manufacturer.

After updating your videodrivers ( do not use generic one´s ) please check your subscription :-)
