When I record and make CDs using Virtual DJ 8, everything is smooth. My problem is when I use my Denon MC6000, with it's built in sound card,
I have control of the controller, but the volume faders and crossfader on the software isn't controlled by my controller. I'm trying to have complete control with the Denon, and be able to record my mixes.
Any help would be much appreciated.

SW sliders don't need to be controlled with your HW, even if you had SW faders matching your HW faders they would be faked (faked = SW faders are just visual and don't actually do anything), Just loop back in to V8 from your controllers master and record.

My eq doesn't work on the Denon. Effects and fader do though.

The MC6000 (original version) has two operational modes - as an external mixer and as a controller.
It sounds as if you have it in external mixer mode. To control the s/w mixer with the MC6000 it needs to be in controller mode.
