Is there an internal sound card that exists that will give me dual channel audio output ? I have a client that mostly uses auto mix but needs to be able to preview music with the headphone function. We have been using Traktor Audio 2 sound cards but they are external and for some reason there is now always bleed through on the headphone channel. With earlier versions of VDJ 7 we got good dual channel with no bleed but not anymore.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If latency is no issue, any 4.1 or higher soundcard should be fine.
Master out would go to the front output and headphone to the rear output of the card.

Pro level (ASIO) internal cards do exist, but they tend to be multi channel rather than just two - and the cost reflects that.
There's a company called RME for example http://www.sweetwater.com/c703--RME--PCI_Audio_Interfaces
Also look here http://www.esi-audio.com/products/?m=11

They will. If the operating system sees it (i.e. it has the correct driver for your OS) then VDJ can use it.
