Hello, I am looking for a way to stream a youtube video or link through Virtual DJ so my friends in Skype/Teamspeak can hear it. Please let me know if theres a way to do this or a plug in that could do it.

Sorry, nope!
You can only 'stream' content unlimited video into VirtualDJ.
A youtube stream plugin would also probably be very slow and laggy since YouTube doesn't allow the classic pre-buffering since a few years which VirtualDJ heavily relies on.
I'd download them manually if i were you. (there are tons of very good online and offline tools, PM me if you want links, i don't want to advertise them here)
