have a denon mc2000 controller and have purchased the licence for virtual dj8, everything fine but headphones not working can anyone help please

only way i can sort it is to use laptop sound card and plug headphones into laptop,,,the controls on controller work fine ,,,had it on master channel 1and 2 headphones 3 and 4 and nothing

Have you installed the "Denon ASIO for Controllers " ?
Are you using the default audio configuration (offered by the special button in the AUDIO tab) ?
Keep in mind that there may be some issues with Windows 10.
Make sure also that the Denon sound card is NOT the default sound card of the OS and Enhancements are disabled from the Properties

if i set it for asio the start pause doesnt work and track dont start..i have to set it on mc2000 (WASAPI) as shown in pic then headphones dont work unless i switch them to laptop soundcard
