I know there have been posts on this in the past, and many suggestions on scripts to change the default filter. But does anyone have a verified script for changing the default filter to the SBDJ plug in?
thanks in advance

Just wondering - if you're using v8, what is wrong with the default filter?

Yes, using vdj 8.1. I don't love the the way the resonance sounds when setting to strong. The filter is the only feature on vdj that I think serato has the upper hand on.

In terms of number what is the setting for default and filter Resonance?
How do you set the filter to 0.8?

It takes a numerical value.

Default = 0.5
Strong = 0.95

I agree 0.8 would be ideal too. My setting option for filter is Default, Strong and Subtle, how do you get the decimal /numerical value option? I am using v2857.1116
