I purchased my license yesterday and I am still unable to use my controller. I haven't had issues before with this so I'm curious as to how i can find the license keycode to enter. Normally it goes right on there after i purchase it, however this time it didnt.

You don't need a licence. Just log in to the software with your forum username and password and the controller will be automatically enabled.
