Unfortunately, call HP support, are active my 4gb, talk are nvidia support, there is no problem, the problem is caused virtualdj, so take that little memory of 4GB available, 120MB ...

Have you checked nvidia.com to make sure you have installed the latest drivers ?
Have you tried with setting videoUseDXVA set to Yes ?

I also don't understand what the amount of memory used has to do with your cpu usage.
Furthermore you didn't really specify what is your actual problem. Do videos stutter while playing, do you get audio drop-outs, is the virtualdj interface slowing down or responding slow?
Edit: Also, did this problem start occurring recently, and if so, what was changed?
