I would like to make a key floating window type of skin function,But I only know the Browser Window code,I have tried many times but I haven't made a success,What is the correct code?

Just use your graphic like a skin background. If you want to have active buttons on it too, then you will need to add those below your image (just as if you were making a full skin).
