The installer for Windows (Win8) does not seem to work for me! Mac installer works fine!

Did you run the installer? Works here..
It basically just extracts a zip to the sampler folder
 
I don't believe I downloaded a zip file!
When I click on the downloaded file it asks me what program I would like to use to open it!
 
This is what I downloaded. When I click it it does nothing!

install_halloweensoundfx
 
Make sure the file name has .exe on the end.

It's that simple!
 
Will try that now!
