When will the personal DJs music will be cloud based available for all of his or hers equipment,(phone, laptop,tablet etc......). This is a real beneficial feature to have. Thank you

It's not really VDJ related, since VDJ only runs on laptops (and tablets, if they are windows based)
But between VDJ on different laptops I simply use dropbox - so a bit like the new feature RB announced yesterday
This will also ensure that you can play the music on other devices - like your phone - but of course not using VDJ
