You "find it difficult"? What's difficult?
 
so we need to up our subscription to use it? Strange I am on HIFI quality and it still shows dj software compatible https://tidal.com/supported-devices?category=dj, now on vdj though it does say requested quality is not allowed. I have had no email from them regarding this though.
 
I think most of us didn't get any email, or maybe it was only subscribers outside the UK.

I'm still surprised at the lack of media coverage this has, and lack of info on not only Tidal's own site, but on VDJ's page on streaming providers etc.

In the manual yes (in small print) but on the web site here there is no mention, and there's also a spelling mistake.
 
Very disappointed Tidal just vanished from my Virtual DJ. I have cancelled Tidal and now using Deezer!
 
Bear in mind we have just suffered a worldwide windows blue screen of derp event.
 
No known issues. If it's not showing up at all, perhaps you accidentally hid it, and you can show it again by right-clicking the Online Music folder
