I got a new laptop and purchased another version to put on it. The problem is when i go to play music it sounds like i playing a record player. The sound quality is not good at all. I thought it was the song. So i played some music straight from youtube, then i played music thru my other karaoke program and it sounds perfectly fine. It's just when i play music thru virtual dj. So I need help. On my old laptop i never had this problem and i've used virtual dj for many years

Little hard to guess, but probably wrong sound settings.
Would at least start there, look at the sound settings in VirtualDJ and what you have set.
Using any gear or PC speakers or?
