I have the same issue every night. I am using the automix feature (no controller), and for formalities I turn it off to mix manually. When I try to use the automix again it stops when it gets to deck bB or if I try to insert a song in deck B, deck A stops playing immediately. It is making me very nervous. I have no idea what causes this. I can exit the program and start playing again with automix without any issues. Any help is appreciated! I am using Windows 10.

This sounds mostly like a wrong audio setup, where the sound of your supposed headphones gets routed to where you have connected your speakers.
So, check your audio settings and make sure everything is correct.
You can use the PFL buttons on GUI to test whether the sound of your headphones goes out to master or not.
