The behavior of Video Effect in Sampler is different between b7151 and b7388.
In b7388, transparency is disabled when using 'Shake' and 'Boom Auto' at the same time.
Environment: Win10 & nVidia RTX2060

The b7183 seems to be fine too.
The following changes made in b7235 (early access) may have affected it

-Colorize effect always processed last

Please try the following procedure on the video assigned to Sampler.
Boom Auto ON → Colorize ON → Shake ON
b7183 : Video transparency is preserved
b7235 and later: Video transparency is ignored
