I use VirtualDJ for a long time and I started to use Mixed in Key -I think- for 2 years. I was always analyzing my audio files with Mixed in Key and I was getting hot cue points for every song. Today, I analyzed my songs and I couldn't see the the hot cue points in my VirtualDJ. All cue points are visible at Mixed in Key but not in VirtualDJ. What can be the reason of this problem?

Have you changed the "getCuesFromTags" setting recently ?

Yes,, I've changed it to "Always"
