I installed macosx Sonoma but when I launch Virtual dj nothing is heard in the speakers. What could be the cause?

What is the Audio Setup you apply ? Can you post a screenshot of it ?
If you use some controller, perhaps you need to re-install its drivers (if available), and also check in Privacy & Security of your OS if anything needs to be allowed.
