Timecode/DVS control is a feature of VirtualDJ - you just need a soundcard that can route the DVS source into the software (CDJ or Timcode record).
There are many DJ specific hardware/soundcards that are premapped/ready to use with VirtualDJ (see the hardware page.
A lot of the common Pioneer gear are supported in this way, so if when you say "Pioneer Interface", you mean a Pioneer Controller with soundcard, that is the first place to check.
VirtualDJ does not support the Rekordbox Timecode though, but you have many other choices (Serato, Traktor, VirtualDJ) that you can use (see the timecode page posted before)
