Topic: PLEASE HELP
I would very much like to get in touch with technical support, but unfortunately it's not that easy. i can't find an e-mail or a place to submit a ticket.
Maybe someone can help me?
The problem is that the license was purchased for a mail which unfortunately no longer exists. It says on this page that if you have this problem you should create a new account and then contact the team. But where can I do this?

and what happens next? there's a place to contact, but it's buggy, keeps giving some kind of error.
In fact, I would expect technical support to reply here and send me an email. Somehow this whole endeavour seems very unprofessional. :( This is not an insult, but my opinion. Maybe this will change if I get help quickly. at least that's what i expected when i bought.
 

If you want one to one support you need a business license. The standard product includes the ticket support service only.
 

and where can I submit this ticket to the support service?
is this company still registered in europe or somewhere where consumer laws do not apply at all?

Less than 24 hours. Atomix respond quickly compared to many others.
 

Try sending a ticket to Apple or Micro$oft and and see how you get on .....
