It would be nice if there was a way to have folders in the My Lists section so we can keep the lists in folders like it used to be with playlists. I had to use an external browser to get the folders, but at least they showed up and I could keep the lists grouped and organized. I have many lists and My Lists is wayyyyy to long.

Lists can serve as folders as well - I use list folders to organize lists for the same reason you described (you just drag those lists you want to group into another list)

How do the lists in My List serve as folders? The lists in My Lists only house songs and not other lists. I am not able to drag and drop a list into another list. The lists only move around the browser section and don't go into any folder that I see.

I'm pretty sure lists can contain other lists as well as songs:
It may be a bit finnicky to get done right with the drag functionality, but all you have to do is drag the list into the folder you want to contain it - you'll see the red drag indicator line change to have an arrow on the left hand side, indicating that it will be nested into the list you dragged it onto.
Note: this doesn't happen if you have lockFolderOrder set to yes. Set it to no to allow the dragging of folders.

Thanks for your help. If i drag the folder all the way to the left, it shows a "move to" option. it was a bit tricky but at least it works! :)
