Hi People.
I've got a Problem.
Tidal is not working.
My Virtual Dj is the newest Version an I have the Dj Extension Add-On activated.
I pay 19,99 Euro every month and with other Software it works. With Serato Dj and with Algoriddim DJay it works without problems.
In Virtual Dj Every Tidal Playlist is available but I can't use any music.
If I want to load a track I get a warning "Requested quality is not allowed in user's subscription".
I hope anybody could help me

Have you tried to Sign Out and Sign back In (right-click on Tidal folder) ?
Any chance you Sign In to some other/older account ?

I had the same thing yesterday after signing up with Tidal again. You need to log out in VDJ then let it authorise through your browser again.

Hi hope someone may be able to help,last night I loaded VDJ as normal open everything up went to my online music list clicked a song loaded on to deck 1 pressed play and no vocals just instrumental, this happened with every track I loaded. Never had this happen before any help what be much appreciated

Perhaps the Vocals Stem was enabled/muted ?
Check what you have in setting resetStemsOnLoad. Perhaps "All" may be a safer choice for such cases.
