I’ve done all troubleshooting..Opened ports, spoke to Spectrum, open firewall and closed antivirus. Is anyone having the same problem. Then when it does work, I get the media player and it does not play. It reads “Off Air”.
Any ideas on why it’s not working. It was working last year same laptop and no change to internet settings. Your help would be appreciated.

Broadcasting definately works.
However please provide more details as to where you're trying to broadcast, what settings you're using e.t.c.
Finally keep in mind that for "direct" broadcasting, it's usually not possible to hear the stream within the same network as the one the stream originates from.
In other words, it's usually not possible to hear your own broadcast when the computer broadcasting and the device listening are connected on the same router.
This has to do with how most consumer grade routers handle traffic.
In this case, you should use a separate internet connection to hear the broadcast (e.g. a mobile phone using it's data plan instead of a WiFi connection)
