I noticed that some of my saved stem is not showing in vdj although they are in my stem folder, is there a way to resync my stems database ? I did not move or change locations of my tracks or stems, I noticed this after I did an update.

If you load the track on a deck it renews the link.
Probably possible to make a script to go through your DB to do it automatically.
I had this issue some time ago and that was the solution.

I did try to load the track but it did not fix the problem.

A matter of fact, the stems were lost when I loaded the track, before I loaded the tracks they showed they had saved stem, and as soon as I loaded the track to a deck, the saved stem symbol disappeared.

No. I did not do anything. I think this might be a software bug.
