Topic: NI Kontrol MX2 support
Hi!

I've noticed the recognition of my newly purchased Kontrol MX2 is not like it supposed to be.
The software sees the MX2 , but not with a logo of the device itsel (the tile is blank.) Also, it seems the MX2 is custom mapped, but i can't alter commands and/or use the MX2 at all, switching back to my old Numark mixtrack is instantly recognised and works without issues.

This is a fairly new controller, could it be the case that the device is simply too new for Virtual DJ support proper mapping, or am i doing something wrong at my end? I've also deleted and re-installed VDJ but this has not solved the problem. I'm running it per the steps of the VDJ instruction as mentioned on https://virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/ni/mx2.html

Yes, MX2 was supported officially just yesterday and it requires latest EA version (8818)
 
Thank you for your kind reply. I'll have to wait then until that package is released and distributed as im running 8800 at the moment, and the version that's available for download at this site is also 8800.
