In the search menu, I can scan my hard drive to find all music files, but when I add a few new mp3's, I have to rescan the whole 25.000 on the drive. Is there a way round that, or can it be taken to the next update?
Thx.
Thx.

MMM, I kind of found the answer in this topic:

Seems to me that the the issue is about the txt file.
When I scan E: after moving a map from D: to E: it appears correct in the search window. In the text file however it remains in double under D:... until I rescan my D:
I know... I can move them from within VirtualDJ.
I suppose that changes the txt at once (will check on that: did, and it doesn't!).
Point is: why not scan a folder also, and not a full drive every time.
Good thing: a file that isn't in place anymore doesn't load, but doesn't lock VirtualDJ either!
