Ok try going into the atomixmp3 installed directory and deleting the file "mp3DataBase.txt" and "atomixMP3 Internal Database" then restart the program, Hopefully this should solve your problem. You will now have to rescan your drives for mp3/wav files to rebuild the database.

This happened to Me when my pc locked up at a gig. I have found that after you delete the database file and rescan you Mp3's you can copy the new database file to another stop and use it for a backup if it happens again. Just a good way to backup your database. It also helps if you have the same music on mulitple PC's for sync. Databases!!!

It's a known bug of the current version, and it'll be fixed in the next one.
