Hi, i just purchased the DJ Console. after hooking up the console to pc, i noticed that the pitch faders are not really working. basically only the top portion of the faders work. the lower part doesnt do anything when the slider goes below the middle click. does anyone else have the same problem? is there any solution to it?

hercules had a bad batch of controllers, take it back and exchange it!
