i wanna use a laptop for mixin' but i am at a deadlock because i need an external sound card i dont know which one to choose :( i found Direct mix usb3 but is it working with atomixmp3?cuz i want to use a crossfader too so i need two output lines help me plz

Soundblaster has a new one. Look on www.creative.com. It's called the "Exigy" or something like that.

For several months now I've been using as a 2nd sound card the Telex USB audio device. The onboard sound device from the laptop serves as one output, and the usb device serves as the 2nd output. This is working just fine for me so far.

Go for TELEX USB audio. Its realy perfect. I use it with my laptop without any problem.
