I have a Pioneer Pro DJ Mixing System that I bought a few years ago with two CDJ-100S, and one DJM-300S. This works great for regular gigs I do, but I want to incorporate Virtual DJ to my system, is there any way ?

Also, I bought the $30 version of Virtual DJ, so do I need to buy the more expensive version ?

It depend on the way you want to use VDJ.
If you keep the version, you will be able to conect it on you DJM-300S only on one input. So the prelistening of your DJM 300 will give you the mixed output of VDJ.

If you want a really pro system, the full version will be able to give two outputs (one for each desk). You will be able to connect each of them on differents inputs of your DJM 300 and use them as a regular dual player.

You can see all the difference between versions here:

Moreover, you can have the Full version at a discount price because you already have DJMix Station2 (see download page)

Good choice!
:)
