I found this company very easy to locate the correct ram for my Sony.
The also were 1/2 the price of normal retail.

Before you order and upgrade, be sure you look at the current config.
You may have 512mb now but not have an open slot as manufacturers use 2 256 sticks.
This will mean 2 new 512 sticks are necessary to bring it to a full gig of ram.

Another site that is verry helpfull for finding memory, even for oddball systems and self built PCs is crucial www.crucial.com. They have a database of almost every manufacturer and Motherboard manufacturer. Their memory is also to notch high quality stuff.

I would highly recommend crucial.com. I personally have bought thousands of dollars of ram from them and never had one go bad, not fit or anything like that.
