How does that work ? What is the value range etc ? I can't find any info about it.

At the moment just test how i can control the jogwheel via the keyboard to see if it's useful.

So the range values and how that works in general is the most important.

its possible :)

look in shortcuts... try different values..

For nudge, as default, the arrow keys (left/right) works already ...

I know it's possible.

But it would help to know the range values ;-)

What i'm really trying at the moment is to test if i can "emulate" the feeling of a hardware jogwheel via a small program just pushing 2 keys (LEFT - RIGHT). Detect up/down/length etc and then generate that as keystrokes to VDJ.

hehe.... true :)

I'm not sure really...
I think the values follows the same logics as for loops...

if so:
+/- a number of beats... (any whole number 1-16)
+/- 50 = half beat
+/- 25 = quarter
+/- 125 = eighth

nudge() and scratch() have a number of samples in parameter

I remind you that VDJ works at 44100 samples per second
(for example: 4410 samples equal to 0,1s=100ms and 441 samples equal to 0,01s=10ms)

The default value advised in the shortcuts.xml is 256 for nudge
