Hi there please help. I've just recently purchased vdj. What an awesome piece of software. The only problem is that I'm trying to sort out the monitor situation. I'm trying to run the software off my laptop which has a realtek ac97 soundcard. I've tried the splitter thing from my headphone socket but to no avail. I intend if its possible to run the software through my Numark DM950 and on to my amplifier and beyond. I then hope I'll be able to use the mixer as if I had two decks attached to it. Is it possible to run the software in the fashion that I've stated with my current soundcard or will it be better with a different soundcard. If so what do you suggest. Reference the splitter thing I suspect that I was sold the wrong cables so I'll try again soon.
Cheers
Keith.

All you need is a multi channel sound card like a Gigaport AG for audio.
There is lots of information here to read in the forum on different cards and how to set them up.

Managed to get hold off a Creative USB Sound Blaster Audigy 2 NX. I thought this software was good but now that its linked up to this soundcard and mixer I'm blown away. Keep up the good work. Cheers for the advice.
