Can someone post a detailed "how to" for setting up network sync... or\and sync between apps

The most simple thing is: do not touch :) By default, the ip address is a broadcast ip so it should work with all the computers of your lan. However, you can specify an ip address if you want, or 127.0.0.1 if you want to enable local sync (in order to run several instances on the same computer).
