it has something to do with the fact that it is a .net framework app... i think
so u must install the .net framework update for winxp first... (you must install this anyway, because there are more and more programs that will demand this)

Yes this problem comes from the fact that the .NET Framework v1.1 is not installed on your computer. You can get it at the Windows Update website:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
