Ive been interested in getting a "virtual vinl" setup going.
I currently have a numark battle pack (http://www.numark.com/index.html?http://www.numark.com/products/product_view.php?v=overview&n=53)
It Has a 2 channel mixer, from searching around the forums and documents I think my 2 channel mixer will work because a 3 channel one is only nececcary if i have a sampler... correct?
I have a soundblaster live! 5.1 card in my main computer, looks like this (http://www.computercare.ca/catalog/images/15023.jpg)
It has these connections Connectors
Microphone In Yes
Line In Yes
Line Out (Front)/Speaker Out Yes
Line Out (Rear) Yes
MIDI/Joystick Port Yes
MPC3 CD Audio In Yes
Auxiliary In Yes
S/PDIF In Yes
Telephone Answering Device (TAD) In Yes
So basically, will simply getting the virtual vinyl for my turntables make everything work for vdj, including my external 2 channel mixer?

virtual vinyl for numark when it comes out is a soundcard package with the vinyl so u dont need another card
you plug ur tt into the box and the box into ur pc usb slots
or if u cant wait u can use a card such as a u46dj
