So I just got this 7.1 internal sound card, tested the sound with itunes and sounds great!
So now i have two soundcards
C-media PCI Audio Device (drive date : 8/3/2004)
Realtek AC'97 Audio (drive date : 11/6/2006)
Both work find when using a different sound program, but when I use Virtual Dj the onboard sounds like crap, it crackles! And when i change it around, the headphone crackles. Its back and forth.
I have tried putting the latency on 'auto'. Unchecked Safe Mode, and Unchecked Overclock. I even tried seeing if the IRQ was being conflicted with any other cards, and both of them says "There is no confliction". Please tell me how I can fix this problem, thanks everyone.

I checked my IRQ again, and it seems the "C-Media PCI Audio Device' is set to (PCI 3). which is primarly for printers or lan i think?
I will try to change it to PCI 10) or PCI (5).
However, the audio crackling is coming from the onboard soundcard, the Realtek AC'97 Audio, which is set to (PCI 5) which is primarily for soundcards, so it should be okay.
The audio crackling is not coming from C-Media PCI

I downloaded the DPC Latency Checker, and it seems my wireless card is giving me drop-outs, so I disabled it and started up Virtual DJ. Guess what, it STILL makes the crackle noise! The wireless card is the only thing thats giving me red bars.
I checked my device manager, and my C-Audio is with the same number as my Wireless Card, both on 10. I have no idea how to make them separate pci numbers. I tried going into BIOS but there was nothing, I tried switching PCI slots, still nothing happened.
I am still getting this audio crackle noise, is there any other solutions?

I think I found a simple solution
I forgot I could use two outputs on my 7.1 soundcard. I'm using one soundcard, and so far i'm not getting any crackling audio....lets hope this will last! :)
