Font problem being experienced here too !! I have installed the Software on 2 Macs, one is an Intel Mac and I cannot see the text on either. No artists, No titles. I cannot fathom how I can DJ or VJ when I can't see any information on the MP3's or MPEG's. How could VDJ release this on MAC users? MAc users expect Software that is friendly and easy to use. I can also find no option in the audio setup for the Numark CM200 USB Mixer.

Release Questions (Mainly for Corporate Users): I know you guys are working on the font issue, which is fine. Was March 28th the date that was set in stone for the release from a Corporate level? Like a "ready or or not, it has to go out" type deal? Did the Alpha and Beta testers fail to mention the font problem? OR did they ALL experience the problem, so you figured maybe if you released it, someone could figure out the problem? OR Did they not experience any problems? When it was released I noticed it still said 4.2 Beta .... Was it a force release?
The reason why I ask all this is because I have never seen a company release something with that kind of problem. (Even Beta Versions) It's more of a nuisance problem that should've never happened.
Basically even though the program starts and plays, because of the font problem ... you released a program (even beta) that doesn't work.
If you need new Beta Testers for future test ... I'm in.

They couldn't because they had only the beta 11. Something happened in the last beta 12, modified in the last minute in order to correct some new bugs before releasing it :-(
It's like in an exam. "Never modify your result in the last minute".

Software Development Golden Rule.
It'amazing (and somewhat boring) to see so many people who has no experience at all about software development who are giving advice and guideline to vdj team (about release process, beta test etc...)

Exactly. How dare we expect to be able to read the names of songs in a DJ program!?! Why shouldn't we expect them to release something that hasn't been tested right before all the developers go off to a music conference? What a rude bunch of ingrates we are.
Come on. Even the mac screenshots they posted as a sticky showed this problem. Not having noticed it ahead of time is pretty inexcusable.

Hey VDJ team, just wondering what the status was... Does it look like we will have a fix today?

SMITTY, Those screen shots were done by a user in the forums. I dont think the desgin team even know about the faulty screen shots.
If i recall, the issue was even mentioned in the screen shots.
Give the Dev team a break. Obviously something changed in the released code over the beta code. Or something was missed in the packaging.
