Hey guys,
I've been using Serato for a bit and I'm thinking about switching over to VDJ. My concern is that I've heard mixed reviews of the VDJ timecoded vinyls and I'm not sure whether I should invest in VDJ and the vinyls. People in the forums say that its compatible with the SL1 box (that comes with SSL) but I also read somewhere that you should wait until the next version of VDJ timecoded vinyls come out..
Can anyone list their experiences about using VDJ with the SL1 box and the timecoded vinyls. I'm not sure whether or not I should wait to buy the vinyls/software.
Thanks

you can use the ssl box
and the new vinyls are in stock for us and canadian customers
european store will stock them shortly aslo.
they are the same as the numark virtual vinyl tcv so if you see this for sale in your local dj shop

Friend of mine is an SSL man - if I plug his box/decks into my system, does it work on any level using the SSL vinyl? Not particularly into scratching you see, but would be interesting to try just to see what it's like!
