Create a Save_Database shortcut and use that, never never never just rely on it when DJ is closing. Try that and let us know.

charming,
go to your VDJ folder. How many internaldatabase files do you have?
If you have more than one file, is there one called internaldatabase.xml and another one called internaldatabase(your_name).xml?
If so, what size are they?

Create a Save_Database shortcut and use that, never never never just rely on it when DJ is closing THIS MEANS go to keyboard shortcuts and look for Save_Database, then assign a keyboard shortcut to it and instead of just closing VDJ select this shortcut first which will save the database.
